Day of appointment:

Patients…

• PLEASE bring an outwear such as a sweatshirt or a sweater because we will likely have the air conditioning turned on relatively high due to the amount of PPEs the staff will be wearing.
• As required by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), patients are REQUIRED to wear face mask when entering the dental office.
• There will be a hand sanitizing station outside the office. PLEASE sanitize your hands before coming into the office.
• Upon entering the office, our friendly staff will be taking your temperature with a forehead thermometer. IF your temperature is over 99F, we will kindly be rescheduling your appointment.
• When the staff brings you to the operatory, you will be given a mouth rinse with a low percentage of hydrogen peroxide for a pre-op rinse. PLEASE rinse for (1) minute.

STAFF…

• We will be wearing ALL appropriate PPEs such as masks, face-shield, surgical cap (possibly) and lab coats.
• As we have always done before, each room will be thoroughly wiped down with medical grade disinfectant and protective coverings established to help prevent potential patient cross-contamination.

Our highest priority is the safety of our patients and staff. We appreciate you and the trust you have placed in our dental office. Please note that these precautions are established to help keep you safe. Your cooperation is vital in making sure that everyone is protected in these unprecedented times.

We all have loved ones that may be vulnerable. For the safety of all, we will turn away any patients refusing to comply with these common sense protocols that ensure safety. While we are in the business of service, in these crucial times, safety and health supersedes convenience. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
